Glass Slump Mold - Four Square Sectional Mold

This sectional mold creates a plate that divides and keeps the food separate. Make a unique handmade fused glass dish that has multiple uses. It great for use as a condiment plate, dips, snacks or appetizers or sauces.  The slumping mold provides walls or partitions as a divided plate. The sections help the user push food onto a spoon or provide more leverage when sticking food with a fork

Outside Dimensions:  5 1/4 L x 5 1/4 W x 1 1/4 H (133.35 mm L x 133.35 mm W x 31.75 mm H)

Inside Section Dimensions:  2 1/2 L x 1 1/2 W x 1/4 D (6.35 cm L x 6.35 cm W x 1.27 mm D)

Note: This can require two firings, a full fuse of 2 layers of glass and then a second slump firing to complete. 

TIP@: 

- Mold should always be elevated on kiln posts for proper air circulation.

- If designing with two sheet of glass consider using a thin 2 mm as the top layer to reduce the over all glass thickness to 5 mm instead of 6mm which will provide better definition of each section.

- Use Primo Primer #41515 and applying with a Haik Brush # 41601 

- Start with a clean mold by cleaning with a mold brush and extra layers of primer around the ridge separation areas of this mold, prior to slumping glass: Mold Cleaning Brush #41600 to remove spent primer
